🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Opened or used personal care items.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.


🔄 Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, we’re happy to make it right.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund.

To speed up the process, please include photos of the item and its packaging when you contact us.


💵 Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).


📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an issue on our end.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received and processed smoothly.

  • Incorrect Item: Contact us right away if you received the wrong product — we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

  • Change of Mind: You may return an unused item within the return period as long as it remains in its original packaging.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, we will issue a refund or replacement once the situation is confirmed.

  • Damaged on Arrival: For damaged items, please get in touch and we’ll offer a refund or replacement — whichever you prefer.
