1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for your online purchase of our winter accessories (including scarves, hats, silk scarves, ear warmers, and other cold-weather essentials):

  • Debit Cards: Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit

  • Digital Wallets: PayPal, GoPay, OVO, DANA (for Indonesia)

  • Bank Transfer: BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI (for Indonesia)

We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, or cryptocurrency.


2. Payment Process

When you place an order on our website:

  1. Authorization: Your payment method will be authorized at the time of checkout to verify funds availability.

  2. Capture: Payment will be charged to your selected method only after your order is confirmed and ready to ship.

If your payment fails, your order will not be processed. You will be notified to update your payment information.

4. Currency & Pricing

  • Currency: All prices listed on our website are in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) for domestic orders and may be displayed in USD or other currencies for international orders at checkout.

  • Taxes: Prices displayed do not include applicable sales tax, VAT, or duties, unless clearly stated at checkout.

  • Duties & Customs: International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by their country upon delivery.


5. Billing Information

You confirm that the billing address and payment method provided at checkout are accurate and valid. If we suspect fraudulent activity or incorrect billing information, we reserve the right to:

  • Place your order on hold for verification

  • Cancel your order and issue a refund (minus any processing fees already incurred)


6. Order Cancellation & Payment Reversal

If you need to cancel your order after placing it, please contact us immediately at support@globlecart.com.

  • Before shipment: We will attempt to stop your order and issue a full refund.

  • After shipment: Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for return and refund instructions.

If your order is canceled due to stock availability, error, or fraud concerns, your payment will be refunded in full to the original payment method.


7. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and approve your returned item (per our Return & Refund Policy).

  • Chargebacks: If you file a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first to resolve the issue. Unnecessary or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action.


8. Recurring Payments

Currently, GLOBLECART does not offer any subscription or recurring payment services. All transactions are one-time purchases.


9. Payment Errors & Disputes

If you encounter any issue with your payment (e.g., double charge, incorrect amount, or failure), please:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@globlecart.com with your order number and details.

  2. Provide any supporting screenshots or proof.

We will investigate and resolve the issue within 48–72 business hours.
